Basic coaching philosophy is to teach the kids the proper fundamentals, skills and knowledge necessary to advance them to the next and subsequent competitive levels, which is “greatness”. Expect the best of yourself. Your expectations determine your attitude, and your attitude determines your actions. Your actions, in turn, determine your results. When you expect to be a winner, you act like a winner. When you act like a winner, you are a winner. We are aware that at this age each child is growing and will develop at a different pace. Our experiences in coaching have taught us that their abilities are not to be underestimated. We will teach good sportsmanship and to work hard when they are on the field, stressing self-improvement and team play. With regard to team goals, we hope that the players and families will be a close group. The dedication and commitment of everyone involved helps to develop a sense of camaraderie for the kids and parents.
