Announcements:

As with past SALSA tournaments, Age Specific Divisions will be from U-8 through U-19 for Girls and U-8 through   U-19 for Boys. U-8 Divisions will play 5v5; U-9 will play 6v6; U10 will have both 6v6 & 8v8 Divisions; U11 will play 8v8; U12 will have both 8v8 & 11v11 Divisions; U13 and above will play 11v11.

SALSA Rules Exceptions:

U15 - 8th Graders: Players must play in their own age group or up. No player can play down unless they qualify based on their legal age. SALSA Exception: Players who are a) in the 8th grade, b) required to register as Under-15 due to their legal age, and c) registered to play on an Under-15 team, may play in an Under-14 Division. Further, Teams playing in the SALSA Under-14 Divisions shall have no more than three (3) Under-15, 8th Grade players included on the team's tournament roster.

Players playing on multiple teams: Players are allowed play on multiple teams during the tournament as either a rostered or guest player. The only restriction is that a player shall not play for teams that are bracketed within the same tournament division. In other words, a player cannot play for two teams that may play each other during a Round Robin/Semi/Finals match.

Tournament Brackets

IF YOUR TEAM IS IN A 4-TEAM DIVISION, EACH TEAM WILL PLAY 3-ROUND ROBIN MATCHES; WITH TWO HIGHEST TEAMS BASED UPON POINTS ADVANCING TO THE FINALS.

6-TEAM DIVISIONS ARE MADE UP OF 2-THREE TEAM POOLS. EACH TEAM WILL PLAY 2-ROUND ROBIN MATCHES; WITH THE TWO HIGHEST TEAMS IN EACH POOL BASED UPON POINTS ADVANCING TO SEMI-FINAL MATCHES AND THE TWO REMAINING TEAMS PLAYING A CONSOLATION MATCH.

8-TEAM DIVISIONS ARE MADE UP OF 2-FOUR TEAM POOLS. EACH TEAM WILL PLAY 3-ROUND ROBIN MATCHES; WITH THE TWO HIGHEST TEAMS FROM EACH POOL BASED UPON POINTS ADVANCING TO THE FINAL.
